Everyone there was lovely (from the receptionist to the beautician) and she really took the time to find out what I wanted. My lashes (tint) and brows (wax and tint) were fab!

The stylist was quite rude, she didn’t introduce herself or pay attention to what I was saying. She did a decent job though. They got my appointment completely wrong though, so not the most organised establishment.
