I came in to the Salon in March to have a balayage done as a birthday treat. I showed a photo of the colour I wanted and was told it was doable on my hair. I have dark hair and I wanted a dark-light brown look. What I received was far worse. The colour of my hair turned orange and the balayage wasn’t done correctly - my hair at the very front was all one colour (yellow/orange). Hugely disappointed, I decided to wait until my hair had been blowdried, but it looked worse. The stylist, albeit lovely, didn’t have time to rectify my hair. My birthday was ruined as my hair was a ginger/yellow colour. I had to go back 5 days later for the stylist to put toner in my hair, which seemed to do the trick at the time and darken the hair. However, it is under 2 months later, the toner has come out and my hair still looks awful. I would NOT recommend this place to get your hair dyed. My hair looks ridiculous and now I have to spend another £100 to get this fixed elsewhere. Hugely disappointed in my experience.
