Everything was great EXCEPT when I found out that their "rough dry" means you dry your own hair. That is just poor!

Went to have highlights. Told the stylist I wanted to have honey color highlights but at the end she left all my hair dark brown. Wasn’t very satisfied with the results, at the end the stylist was busy with other client and didn’t even ask me if I was happy with color when other stylist was doing my blow dry.
