My appointment was booked for 17:05 and I arrived at 17:02. However, when I arrived I got told I was late (I wasn't) and that we wouldn't have time to do everything. She said she would just do it 'roughly' which is unacceptable. I did mention I arrived before my appointment time and she was quite accusative and adamant about it. The treatment was 'okay' but I can't say I will visit again.
