It's usually fantastic but this time my treatment started 20mins late despite me being 15mins early. The treatment itself was the fastest ever and not a full hour and all my blackheads weren't even removed. My nose is still full of them which usually never happens. I also felt pressurised to buy a course of treatments which I resisted.
