I have been going to Murad for facials for several years and considered them to be worth the price but after my recent experience I doubt I will go again unless I can get a guarantee that Natasha is doing the treatment. My facial was supposed to be 1 hour and 15 minutes long but in the event it started late and ended early such that it was under an hour. The therapist, Carol's opening gambit was a sales pitch. She carried out the treatment in a completely half hearted manner and seemed in a rush to get it over with. Overall it was very disappointing.
