I've experimented with several other facials in London but I keep coming back to this one. Lovely ambience, convenient location, courteous and skilled staff, and that elusive combination of luxury and results. Will definitely be back!

The back facial as always was brilliant - you can see and feel an improvement instantly, but more importantly over time also. However, my only complaint is that the treatment only lasted 45 minutes instead of 1 hour (as promised), due to the therapist taking her time to get ready, which isn't fair or acceptable.
