Once you're in the beauty room, the experience and treatment is great. I'm a big fan of the Murad brand so went out of my way to find somewhere that used these products. Only slight issue was the greeting process and walk to the beautyroom was a bit awkward and I didn't feel comfortable until I was sat in the room (about 15 minutes after I first arrived at the Murad counter)
