Lovely relaxing atmosphere, had a pomegranate facial and adore the products they use, and they're good at extractions (sadly necessary with my skin). Will definitely book again.

Thanks to other reviews on here it was clear that had to go to the counter first and then the therapist took me down to the treatment room. The facial itself was a great experience, Natasha also did a super relaxing massage in between, very professional, and overall it was a wonderful experience.
The skin looked clearer afterwards, however I am getting some breakouts, perhaps that wasn't the right one for me.
