I had the Pom power pore pomegranate facial. It was a great overall experience. They asked me to fill out a form about what concerns I have in regards to my skin. I was escorted downstairs to the beauty room and Chrissy cleansed my face twice removed my eye makeup and gave me n analysis of my skin. Telling me areas that I was congested and then described what she was going to do. Overall it was a great experience and the products were really nice. Chrissy was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable!

It is a good facial but didn't feel the post - treatment customer service was great. I had some post facial breakouts and needed advise from my therapist but IVIG through to her colleagues instead who made it seem like I was getting an appt with the prime minister. My therapist herself is lovely.
