A really relaxing experience that left me with incredibly soft, smooth and clear skin. My therapist Krissi did an amazing job; I was fortunate enough to have a back massage included in this treatment and she really ironed out the terrible knots in my shoulders! Then, the facial followed, which involved a thorough exfoliation then what seemed like several masks and serums. At one point steam was applied to my face and then Krissi expertly set about extracting any blackheads! The products she used smelt great too. Very fruity and floral. The room itself was very comfortable and it really felt like spa-like despite the fact it is hidden away on the basement floor of House of Fraser. I will be back!

Fabulous facial, as always! I've said it before and I'll say it again: it's the best facial I've ever had, especially for the very reasonable price. I love the combination of lasting, clinical results with luxury and relaxation. Keep up the great work!
