Badly managed establishment!
Had an online booked appointment with Anna at 12:15pm.
Kept me waiting for 30 mins, to be told that I hadn’t booked with Anna, which I had.
Then they stated that Anna was fully booked.
1 - A simple telephone call could have been made to inform me of this (as I had booked over a week previous).
2 - I was left waiting for 30 mins, at any point they could have told me that Anna was fully booked.
Clearly disregard bookings and walk in take priority.
