Went to the salon on the date& time. I booked and was told this it was double booked and they couldn’t fulfil the appointment. No one had tried to call me or let me know. The gentleman said he told his boss. I asked to speak to the boss on the phone who wasn’t helpful at all and did not try to resolve it. The gentleman said that he could fit in for the treatment the day after so did this. Very disappointed as this was on my sisters birthday for her present. The treatment once done was great

Made a same day appointment to get a trim of my medium length hair. Very good price through Treatwell. Gagan did a nice job, blow dried really well. Head massage was lovely. It's a good place to go if you want somewhere quiet and tucked away. Personally I like a bit of background music...
