Firstly got charged an extra 8.50 because I had curly hair. Apparently the price displayed was for and I quote ‘British and Asian hair only’. When I explained that should be displayed then because I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known I would have been discriminated. My hair at the top was still curly. And was straightened whilst still wet, despite me saying won’t this damage my hair. The place was dirty with grime in the sink and unclean brushes. Hair stylist was friendly enough

I felt uncomfortable at this salon. There was no consultation when I arrived. I wanted a trim and she kept making one side shorter and having to match the other side and I had to ask her to stop cutting. I was also charged for straightening my hair

Happy with colour/stylist. 3 issues - price I booked + paid for was different - this should have been communicated before as hadnt budgeted & having had highlights I did expect my roots to be covered but have been told to return for a root touch up?
