I had a full body massage and a lash lift on Friday.
I would like to get a full refund as the experience was not great at all.
First off they didn’t know I was coming. (Didn’t look at their booking).
They made me fill out paperwork that I have already filled out.
Then after I did all that the lady decided to do someone else’s nails!
So I didn’t get started with my massage at least 15-20mins after I was supposed to.
The massage was nice but the lady was one her phone!

Nice salon, clean functional and attractive. I went to the salon because my normal one didn't have time to fit me in. Lovely put me at ease (Brazilian wax is intimate and I always feel awkward). She was quick and efficient but friendly and helpful too. This might be my new regular spot!
