My second time here having had a really nice experience first time. This was obviously shorter but therapist didn’t speak/ introduce herself or seem bothered. Maybe she was rushed?? I will try again nevertheless next holiday. The gel still spotty

Treatment should have been 20 mins it was nearly an hour
Not all the acrylic was removed
One of my nails split during the process
When filing the acrylic off she filed across my knuckle and pulled a bit of skin off
Before the treatment I asked if I could get my eyebrows done after. She sat me in the chair and we were about to start when her colleague said I can’t have it done as others were waiting. This was really embarrassing as I was in the chair and they could have just told me before
