Had better experience last couple of times. Not the usual person who does my nails. My cuticle area got caught a couple of times during filing and my fingers are a bit sore. Nails also look a bit patchy on closer inspection. Just me being picky.

Had biab infill. Had to get it fixed elsewhere immediately after. Was lumpy, thick, uneven, and took 1 hour 20 mins to do (no wait time included, that was purely just nails).
