She didnt do a proper job with my biab.
It looks grown out after a week as she didnt start right from the cuticle. Also incurred extra charges even though I booked infills, they charged for "removal" when every other nail shop doesnt charge this for "infill".
Your loyalty card is also 💩 i threw it in the bin now but I think you need to visit 12 times or more just for £10 off something like that.
No ambiance whatsoever was staring at a wall in silence.
