Not the best. The lashes started falling out the next day, and looking at the quality of the lashes when they did start falling out it was easy to see they were of quite poor quality.
The therapist also didnt wear gloves, answered her phone at the start of the treatment, and left the room a few times. I'm uncertain if her hands were washed in between.
