Choppy layers and shorter than I asked for

Poor experience. Cut an uneven haircut with layers starting at my cheekbones like a grown out fringe. Asked for a trim (with a few more layers) on a medium one length do, with fine bangs to the chin.No attempt from MP4 to rectify and I'd paid upfront

I booked last minute because I was not happy with my hair after a bad cut elsewhere and had left it a long time to grow out. Maria was happy to discuss options and advise on a style for my fine but lots of it hair. The salon was very quiet (midweek afternoon) but it was ok for atmosphere. The cut was pretty successful and Maria even re-did the back after drying as it was too long. I would book again as it's local and the service was good.
