was in a hurry - had to catch a plane later that morning; showed up at 9am on the dot, Maria did what i asked for straight away. However - 1st time ever for me - I used and booked using 'Groupon', didn't know how to manage that & I believe I didn't get the treatment for overworked hair I paid for. In all honesty, it was my fault: I should have mentioned it to Maria: she wasn't aware of my booking. She's definitely very professional, efficient and friendly. I will go back there.
