The massage was not the best as I was given a blanket rather than a towel and the char was covered in thick plastic. It didn't have a hole for your face like most massage chairs and I was forced to press my face against the plastic that was covered in oil.
The beautician then scraped my cuticles back really harshly and cut them on my hands and feet to the point that she drew blood. Then claimed it was because they were "sensitive". There was also cotton wool fibre attached to my nail polish.
