Hazel is a dedicated and highly skilled Sports Rehabilitator with a degree in Sport Rehabilitation and a strong track record working across elite-level sport and private practice. With hands-on experience in high-performance rugby and football environments, Hazel has developed a deep understanding of the demands and complexities of injury management and performance recovery at the top tier of sport. For the past 3 years, Hazel has been based in Central London, working within a leading multidisciplinary clinic. This role has involved close collaboration with physiotherapists, osteopaths, strength and conditioning coaches, and other health professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans tailored to both athletic and non-athletic populations.
