This is the 3rd time of having my nails done. Unfortunately my experience this time was not the usual friendly relaxed atmosphere I had experienced before. Although I appreciate the problem was a miss communication issue it was not dealt with care and compassion which left me sitting having my nails done feeling tearful. I was looking forward to having them done but it was not a good experience. However the nails are done well and last, the technique makes the tips thicker than I personally like

My first nail visit here and I loved it. Really cute, clean and cosy nail space. TJ was so lovely and friendly, and did a great job on my nails, they are exactly what I asked for. I will definitely recommend and go back. Really happy with this nail find 💅✨
