I arrived in a fluster as I couldn’t find the salon in extremely hot weather. I couldn’t see my phone for directions- so luckily had written down TJ’s number. We had terrible reception - but then TJ hung up, phoned me & directed me to where she was standing outside waving at me. I was so relieved and she responded in her normal, most helpful & reassuring manner. Such a special person!
