Monika worked calmly and in a professional manner. I prefer my hair to be cut with scissors as razor cuts, I know, do the same job, but the finish is not the same. Monika did an excellent job cutting my hair with the scissors and the result was far superior and very pleasing. Monika was welcoming and friendly, but also very focussed on my hair, asking me for as much information as she required about the style so that the outcome was exactly what I had hoped for!
