I haven't had an LVL with Ellie before but she was amazing! Super friendly and welcoming and ensured to walk me through the process (particularly nice when you have your eyes closed throughout) and had little personal touches for your own comfort- making sure wasn’t too hot and stuffy, turned the lights off to make sure your eyes adjust properly. Really great service and will be booking with her
again!
