Upon arrival staff were very friendly and polite. I booked in for a back neck and shoulder massage. The service was very much person-centred- the massage therapist asked me about any issues I may be having and if there was anything I wanted her to focus on. She also checked with me during the massage about pressure etc. These are simple points raised however I've had plenty of massages with staff who do not listen to their client's needs/views. The massage therapist was really friendly and the massage itself was excellent! I really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend Mon Amie for a massage.
