Didn’t book via Treatwell but terrible booking experience. Rang salon and booked two appointments - one for me and one for my partner. First they got the date wrong and when I replied to the confirmation email to tell them this I was told rather curtly (despite the mistake being theirs) that I had to ring back up to resolve it. Rang back up, this time right date, wrong name on one of the bookings (both in my name for same time slot) so I emailed back and again was rather rudely told (by the owner) to ring back. The day before I received a confirmation text of the two appointments. Then a phone call at 8am (on a Saturday!) as they were confused as they had two bookings in the same name for the same time!? Then I had an email confirming the appointments (with a different time on one of them) so another phone call. Would actually normally not have bothered going but I had bought my partner a voucher for Christmas. When I did get there his treatment was good but my massage was outside and downstairs in the larger treatment room below the salon which reeked of cigarettes (as if someone has been smoking in the toilet in the kitchen area). You expect the smell of candles, not cigarettes when you go for a massage. Massage was ok (although no 'tailoring to me' as had been suggested in the description on the website. and strangely the blanket was not long enough to cover my feet!?) Impossible to relax properly due to stench - my clothes and hair stank afterwards - not acceptable for £50. Didn't bother complaining due to earlier rudeness experienced.
