Charlene was a total star: careful, thoughtful, confident and confidence-giving. She has excellent skills and a really sound ‘touch’ : the treatment was thorough and delivered with great care. I will DEFINITELY be booking her skills again.
The one thing I found a little disappointing was the rather claustrophobic treatment room, which lacked space and spaciousness, and any natural light. It felt over-filled with ‘stuff’ and as a result was more of a functional space than a ‘special’ one.
