The therapist was lovely. The facial was very relaxing with lots of massage but I missed exfoliation. The setting was a bit odd however. They took me downstairs to an ex-cellar - you had to walk outside, down some stairs covered in cobwebs and then into a huge room with two massage beds. There was an open walkway into a kitchen which was brightly lit, so it wasn't as cosy and calming as you'd hope for. They do give you a duvet though and, as mentioned, the facial is so relaxing it kind of compensates
