I have been to at Mon Amie a few times. However this time my experience was not so great. The room we were in were very small. I was not offered a towel and the way the door open I was exposed. So door not in the right place. I forgot that i booked both bikini and underarm but i forgot about the underarm. The therapist didn’t offer me a refund or even a gift card. I would have told her to keep the money, i was more taken back that she has didn’t offer anything as good customer service.
