The actual wax and staff were good however the time management and punctuality could be improved on. I arrived and the salon was locked with no one inside. I waited outside in the cold and rain for 20 minutes before someone turned up to let me in. I rung the salon several times but no one answered. The time I had my wax before I was kept waiting for half an hour as the appointment before me overran.
