As always, the salon was spotlessly clean, all staff were happy friendly & welcoming. I have a disability & the salon ALWAYS accommodate my needs & make me feel incredible comfortable. Prices are brilliant & their standards are very high.

Sadly I didn't have a good experience. I booked a LVL a few months in advance at a discounted price, but on the day they said their prices had gone up since my booking and I needed to pay an extra £10. Good customer service would have been honouring the price I originally booked, or at the very least telling me in advance. I didn't argue it as it was the first day of my honeymoon and I didn't want to start it negatively. It's such a shame, because the LVL was good, but I won't be back.
