Really disappointed with myLVL, I only had a small glimpse before i left & they looked okish so i paid & left but when in the car and inspecting i thought they looked poor, they have since continued to drop and there is barely any tint on them. I felt the lady was disinterested and it all felt a bit awkward and clumsy so i started to worry when laying there that it might not be a great end result. I’ve had countless LVL at various places & always loved them but these are poor & a waste of money

As always Donna gives a great service, my nails always look fantastic when I leave Mon Amie. I would never go anywhere else. All the staff are helpful, friendly and give good advice.

Appalling experience. I booked an appointment for eyelash extensions with the manager, Donna, but upon arrival, I was seen by a junior staff member of staff instead. I had booked with Donna specifically as I wanted her to do my eyelashes prior to my wedding. When I brought this up with Donna, she told me it was my fault for not understanding the booking system, and explained how no one can book appointments with her as she is so busy. She was very rude and hostile.
