Had an appointment hoping to do laser hair removal treatment of a small area but they didn't let me do it as they insisted of doing a small patch test first despite the fact that I explained that I have already been doing laser hair removal treatments for some time now. Quite disappointed about that as I really wanted to be nice and clean during holiday. Another thing that felt overwhelmed with was the number of pages I had to read, fill in and sign in their client forms. Felt it was a bit too much for laser treatment considering that not even dentists give you so much paperwork to fill in and sign.

Nothing wrong with the place itself, however the treatment was completely ineffective. I have had IPL three time in the past to remove a birthmark, I couldn’t get to my usual place so I decided to go here instead... the treatment did absolutely nothing whatsoever. Usually the area would go red and scab up, taking the pigment with it when the scab comes off. The area isn’t even red, looks like nothing has been done at all.

I would definitely advise this Beauty clinic for anybody. I have been there 4 times by now for my laser hair removal sessions and every visit was effortless and flawless. Staff has been very efficient and professional at all times.
