My therapist was lovely and very friendly....I’m still healing from the Fibroblast so will have to wait for results. The only downside is that the clinic is not very welcoming. There is little acknowledgment from anyone or warmth as you enter. Luckily I had a lovely therapist so made up for this.

Had an appointment hoping to do laser hair removal treatment of a small area but they didn't let me do it as they insisted of doing a small patch test first despite the fact that I explained that I have already been doing laser hair removal treatments for some time now. Quite disappointed about that as I really wanted to be nice and clean during holiday. Another thing that felt overwhelmed with was the number of pages I had to read, fill in and sign in their client forms. Felt it was a bit too much for laser treatment considering that not even dentists give you so much paperwork to fill in and sign.
