I arrived with a few minutes to spare - phew, as they have a super strict policy for punctuality. I think the policy is a good thing, but there should be more leeway.
I had met Barbara for my consultation so I was quite comfortable with her. She's very professional and easy to talk to. However, the whole place definitely feels like a clinic. The staff members don't show much personality and it just feels very strict and rigid.
The laser treatment seemed to go well. It was painful and she could see me flinching a lot so she changed the intensity. She is very thorough which is exactly what I wanted. The hairs have started growing back a little and it's been a week (I have very thick hairs). People have commented that the laser is weaker which is why the hairs grow back and the treatment isn't effective but it does depend on the hair thickness and how many sessions you have. This was my 7th session on the area. Moda Donna recommend 8-12 sessions whereas other places recommend 6-9.
