No problem with the treatment itself - exactly as stated. Person who carried out the treatment was personable too.
But the feel of the place lacks warmth. There is no interaction with the reception staff and immediately before the treatment you receive lots of text reminders of the date of your treatment and that if you are late your treatment will not be honoured. I just think they could try to be a bit less draconian and a tad more friendly in these aspects of the business.
