My appointment was cancelled AFTER I arrived. I booked and prepaid on Treatwell and was told after sitting in the waiting area for a while that they knew of no appointment for me (despite of email confirmation) and they wouldn’t be able to see me unless I came back later in the day. Staff member was unapologetic and blasé and seemed not to care about the inconvenience caused.
