My therapist was very professional and knowledgeable. She gave me lots of useful aftercare advice and made sure I was as comfortable as possible the whole time. The treatment (underarm wax) was completed fairly quickly which was great as I was on my lunch break but the therapist took great care and made sure she didn't miss a spot.
