Great session with mo.
Sore after a judo session, with a badly cranked neck.
Mo was thorough with the assessment and the treatment was first class.
Very relaxed session too and felt great after.
Thoroughly professional and effective, Mo was diligent and uniquely tailored the treatment to my needs. I have seen many masseuses, physios, chiropractors and osteopaths over the years, none were as beneficial as she was!

What a fantastic place to visit and Mo is really attentive. She listened to the issues that I had with my shoulders ( really tight trapezius) and hamstrings and tailored the massage to focus on them. I felt a huge difference after just 1 session! I would highly recommend visiting Mo!
