Overall a nice experience but I wasn't very happy with the way my cuticles were removed ( too much skin was still left etc.) and after I complained they haven't done much to fix the situation. I was just told " this is the way we've always done it". Not sure if I'd go there again ...

Not hygienic as no gloves where worn.. Nice staff , the wax was quick and well done.. Have had better when it comes to left over wax in placess and comforting atmosphere. Would go back if value for money.
