It was my first experience in England, but I was surprised by the technique of the lady: she was very quick and less painful than expected and than I was used to in Italy. The lady was really friendly and she makes the experience as good as I want.

This was my second visit to the spa, and it was the spa itself was very lovely. The only thing was that the girl smelled very strongly of cigarettes and personally I didn't like it. But overall my experience was good so will definitely go back.

Came on time for my appointment but have to wait 15 minute b/c of short staff, venue is nice and the ambiance is relaxing. The hollywood waxing is fast and pretty much painless but they double dip!

I've previously went in for a treatment and was extremely pleased with the result - not the case this time. I felt the lady working on me was only concerned with getting the appointment over with quickly. She first failed to remove my foundation before putting on wax (though she did go back and remove it after the first strip), then barely let the wax set before pulling it off and told me my hairs were hard to remove and I should go for laser hair removal rather than waxing. I have never had an issue with that previously and I am convinced it was due to the fact she didn't let the wax dry long enough for it to properly grip the hair.
All in all, however, the procedure was quick and painless. As I've previously had a good experience I will go back but hope I get a better service and result then.
