Admittedly, since Hollywood's are my usual treatment, I know when someone is good and someone is not. Nicoletta was the person who did mine and she did an excellent job. I particularly like their product of wax they use. Often when you get some of these deals, it's the strip and wax. Here they used that really nice wax and the pain was minimal. Definitely will be making this my regular spot now.
