Rodica did my massage. She was very nice, but at times she was very rough and rapid when rubbing my face. I never even treat my own skin with so much force when putting on cream am or lotion. It was quite unusual. She could benefit from slowing down a bit and being a bit more gentle. The facial itself was ok, but I am not sure when I was given the Hyaluronic Acid. As after the mask, she did not put on anything on my face. Not even moisturiser. My skin felt very dry upon leaving and I had to rush home to put on some moisturiser.

Great job, always friendly and helpful staff. Top notch! Too bad I couldn't hear the music over the blow dryer, so I just watched the videos. Although if you sit facing the other direction, you can watch Sex and the City!
