I was about half an hour early for my appointment, when I went in, even though they were extremely busy, a member of staff took time to welcome me and ask what kind of treatment I was there for. They sat me down and offered me hot and cold beverages too which I didn't want so I politely turned down the offer. Shortly afterwards when my beautician became available, she took me into a very clean and hygienic room, and made me feel at ease with her friendly and warm attitude and manners.
I asked what her name was before leaving, only because anyone as good as her, deserves to be personally mentioned in the review so their manager knows that they have hired an amazing member of staff.
Nicolica did a great job. She was fast yet gentle! Which helps to ease the pain. She was very careful and double checked to make sure no hair is left behind.
I will definitely go back and will 109% recommend this place.

The ladies here are just so kind, pay such attention to detail, were so careful with my nails although they are so weak and did a beautiful natural manicure. Amazing service as always and such great prices.

I have been a MM Bubbles customer for a while and I have always get a perfect service. I am a little bit disappointed this time because they lady who did the waxing was clearly not expert with that. Nothing went wrong but the quality of their service is, unfortunately, decreasing.
