Magical - it's been a while since my last visit and I was worried about covid and how the salon would operate but I was very happy with my experience and the end result of course. Everyone was wearing protective gear, gloves, masks. There was sanitiser. I wiped my shoes on a special rug (with disinfectant). The waxing was as great as ever: thorough, detailed and clean ❤️

I have always had great treatments at this venue. However post Covid I am not sure I am happy with this venue anymore. Not all members of staff wear masks. Nor do they insist customers wear them which I found v surprising. I saw no additional attention to ensuring equipment is kept extra clean or spaying of anti-bacterial spray and the like. They have added screens for manicures and a pad for disinfecting your shoes as you come in. Disappointed!
