The girls are always polite and professional, I always enjoy the service at treatwell. My only complaint is that I had to pay an extra £5 for shellac removal, I've never had to pay such in my previous visits or any other salon and I've been wearing shellac for over 5 yrs, I wouldn't have had any issues if it had been noted on my booking before hand, that took me by surprise as I was only told at the end when I was about to leave. Nevertheless an overall good service as usual.
