Really did not enjoy haircut - water was split all over me during washing and rough when washing hair. Did not adjust neck so was uncomfortable. Didn’t feel she understood what I wanted when tried to explain several times and didn’t give me layers I wanted when asked. I also think the hair appeared different lengths on each side but she said she didn’t agree. Would not recommend
