I like the staff here but it a great fan of being left alone with a face mask on for around minutes. Prefer facials where there is a massage when mask on. Not so boring

I cant comment on other services that the salon provides but I had a bad experience of a facial I had recently. I waited 15minutes for my appointment and normally I wouldnt mind the therapist being a little late as long as the treatment is good. The therapist rushed the cleansing, steaming, exfoliation and extraction and completed it all within less 7-10 mins and then stuck on a mask (she used a different type mask without telling me even though I had booked a vitamin D mask) and left the room. I was left in the room for 30mins with a mask on while she chatted with her colleagues outside. My treatment finished 15mins earlier. The therapist didnt check my skin or talk me through what she was applying to my skin even though I tried to ask her question to which she gave blunt responses. Uncaring,unprofessional staff and I will not be coming back here for a treatment.
